Terms and Conditions for Acourze
A Fully Online Program with Advanced AI Learning System
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Acourze online program (“Program”), including the use of the learning management system (“LMS”) and access to the AI model of classes. By accessing and using the Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding.
1. Program Access
- The Program offers fully online courses and resources, including access to the LMS and the AI model of classes.
- Access to the Program is granted on a non-transferable and non-exclusive basis.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have legal consent to participate in the Program.
2. Fees and Payment
- Some courses within the Program may require payment for access, while others are offered for free.
- Fees for paid courses are clearly indicated on the Program website or during the registration process.
- Payment for courses must be made through the designated payment methods provided.
- All fees paid are non-refundable, except as outlined in the Program’s refund policy.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
- The Program and all associated content, including course materials, the LMS, and the AI model of classes, are protected by intellectual property laws.
- All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, belong to Acourze or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Program’s content without explicit written permission from Acourze.
4. Program Usage
- You are solely responsible for your use of the Program and agree to use it for educational purposes only.
- You must not use the Program for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- You shall not engage in any activities that may disrupt or interfere with the functioning of the Program, LMS, or AI model of classes.
- Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in the immediate termination of your access to the Program.
5. Privacy and Data Collection
- Acourze collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- By using the Program, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Program’s Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The Program, LMS, and AI model of classes are provided on an “as is” basis, and Acourze makes no warranties or representations regarding their accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.
- Acourze shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Program or any materials provided therein.
- Acourze’s liability, if any, for any claims arising from the Program or this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific course or service.
7. Progression to University
Whilst Acourze and its accreditation partners may have agreed progression pathways with universities, we are not liable for non-admittance to these institutions. Admittance is solely at the discretion of the receiving institution.
8. Modifications to the Program and Agreement
- Acourze reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Program or the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement at any time.
- Acourze will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes to this Agreement.
- Continued use of the Program after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Acourze regarding the Program and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
